220523 英語勉強スケジュール
毎日の英語勉強の習慣化が、依然身についていないため、無理のないマストの英語勉強週間スケジュールを作成します。
月曜日（100％職場：18時以降可能：23時までの早めの時間のほうが頑張れる、meeting資料作りがある）
→19時～21時 最も邪魔が入りにくい日＝大事に。meeting資料作りはその後
火曜日（100％職場：19～20時以降可能：23時までの早めの時間のほうが頑張れる、バイトで途中呼ばれることがある）
→21時～22時。回診までの1時間ときめて集中する。19時頃はレクチャーがあることもある。
水曜日（多くの場合90％家：20時までには帰宅していることが多い、疲れていることが多い、トレーニングの予定を入れることが多い）
→20時～21時。帰宅-食事ゆっくりのスパイラルが多く、概してそこから抜け出せない日。帰宅→すぐ勉強（空腹が強ければ、食べながら）が良いかも。つかれていることが多く、トレーニングはあまり入れないだろう。
木曜日（多くの場合99%家：17時までには帰宅（水曜日より早め）していることが多い。疲れは水曜日よりまし。トレーニングやその他の予定を入れることが多い。気持ち休日気分で、早く帰ってもダラダラしがち）
→23時～0時 この日は他の予定許可。帰宅後眠前に少しやる（軽いメニューで、やることが大事）
金曜日（午前仕事、午後仕事、夜50％家。仕事が忙しく疲れて帰るか、そのまま当直のこともある。帰る場合は21時以降可能、当直の場合は18時以降可能）
→自宅：帰宅直後21時～22時（帰ってすぐやる）
職場：18時～20時（ついてすぐやる）
土曜日（午前中KEC。午後はやる気が残っている：復習しなければという気持ちになっている。13時～15時ゆっくりして、16時以降当直が多い。夜90％職場。18時以降は可能）
→13時30分～15時30分：やる気のあるときに続けてやる（この日はmotivationはあるので、何を行うのかをしっかり決めておくことが重要。
日曜日（25％～50％：当直→日当直続き、50％～75％：午前中帰宅、12時以降可能。昼トレーニング、夜ゆっくりしたくなることが多い。11時から休日当番で2時間ほど要することがある）
→自宅：22時～23時（これらの時間にわれに返ることが多い、だらだらしがち）
職場：9時～10時 いつでもできると思ってだらだらしがち。9時がなにかと申し送りや部屋清掃などで、くぎりがつきがちなため、その機を利用する。
月、火、金、土はやりやすい
水、木、日は弱点
そのうえでなにをやるか。やはりKECの宿題を110％しっかりこなしてゆく。
①Theory class 暗唱文書を100％音読できるようにする。（＋その週の範囲の文法学習追加）（目的：Speaking）。音読：毎日1回、文法：土曜日
②VOA60 or NHK Japanのdectation、ブログ作成。（目的：Listening, Spelling, Glossary作り）。毎日 最低限コピペと、概要記載のみ
③Global leadershipの聞くだけ理解、その後読む（目的：Listening, Reading）
聞くは毎日、読む：土曜日
④新聞 読みながらの英→日を心掛ける（目的：Reading, Glossary作り）
週1回のみできれば。金曜日（前日つめこみ）
⑤IELTS単語帳 日→英（目的：Speaking, writing）。移動時間
⑥速読英単語 （目的：speaking）。移動時間
⑦アカデミック領域先生方のプレゼンテーションのdectation+ 名詞／動詞限定のglossary作り。月曜日：職場、火曜日職場:、金曜日（授業＋日のみ）、土曜日：職場
⑧Practise classの自己紹介文 音読（日→英：音読する） 毎日
週間予定表に変更すると（前から優先度順。全部completa目標でなく最低1つはやることを絶対目標とする）
